Cool as a Cucumber

Ingredients

• + 2 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
• + 1 oz Cointreau
• + 2-3 Cucumber Wheels
• + 1 oz Lemon Juice
• + 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
• + 4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

1. 1In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber with agave nectar.
2. 2Add remaining ingredients (minus bitters) and shake.
3. 3Double strain into a tall glass and top with four dashes of bitters.
4. 4Garnish with cucumber wheels or slivers.
