Ingredients

  • 2 oz 1.5 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
  • 3-4 Raspberries
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Lime Zest
  • Blind Owl Triple 6 Bitters

Method

  1. Muddle raspberries and orgeat syrup in a mixing glass.
  2. Add lime juice, lemon juice, EG Vodka and egg white.
  3. Shake without ice to emulsify the egg.
  4. Shake again with ice and strain into coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh lime zest and a few drops of Blind Owl bitters.
