Ingredients

1.5 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
1 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Champagne
Blueberries (to garnish)
Rosemary Sprig (to garnish)

Method

Mix first three ingredients in a mixing tin with ice.
Strain into a flute glass.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with blueberries and a sprig of rosemary
