Ingredients

1.25 oz EG Organic American Vodka
0.75 oz Pavan
1 oz Honey Tangerine Juice
Ancho Reyes Floater
4 Asian Pear Slivers
Chopsticks

Method

Add first three ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake and serve in a small flute or a tall shot glass.
Add the pear slivers and Ancho Reyes as a floater.
Garnish with a set of chopsticks.
