  • 1.5 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Honey Water
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake and strain over fresh ice into Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge or sage leaf.
