1 oz Thyme-Infused Agave Nectar
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Lime Juice

Method

Mix all ingredients in a heavily iced tin and shake until frosty.
Pour over a large ice cube inside a rocks glass.
Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wedge.
